Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Season Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Add:
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
Rub well on both sides.
Step 2: Cook Chicken
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken:
- 5–7 minutes per side for breasts
- 4–5 minutes per side for thighs
Cook until golden brown and fully done.
Step 3: Make Garlic Butter
Reduce heat slightly.
Add:
- Remaining butter
- Minced garlic
Cook garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Combine
Spoon garlic butter over the chicken for 1–2 minutes.
Step 5: Serve
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with:
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower rice
- Salad
- Zucchini noodles
