Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Take a microwave-safe mug and add almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Add the egg, melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir everything until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free.
