Keto Brownies 🍫

If you’re craving something sweet while staying low carb, these keto brownies are the perfect treat. They’re soft, fudgy, chocolatey, and very simple to make at home. Even people who are not on keto will love them!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup keto sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A small pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a small baking tray or pan with parchment paper so the brownies don’t stick.

Step 2: Melt the Butter

Take a microwave-safe bowl and melt the butter.
You can use a microwave or melt it gently on the stove.
Let it cool for 1–2 minutes before adding other ingredients.

Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients

Add the keto sweetener into the melted butter and mix well.
Now crack in the eggs and pour in the vanilla extract.
Whisk everything together until the mixture looks smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Add Dry Ingredients

Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into the bowl.
Mix slowly until a thick brownie batter forms.
If you like extra chocolate flavor, fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.

Step 5: Pour into the Pan

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
Spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula so it bakes properly.

Step 6: Bake the Brownies

Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 18–22 minutes.
The top should look set, but the center can stay slightly soft for fudgy brownies.

Step 7: Cool Before Cutting

Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely.
This helps them firm up and makes cutting easier.

Step 8: Slice and Enjoy

Cut into squares and enjoy your delicious homemade keto brownies!
You can eat them plain or serve with whipped cream or almond milk.

Storage Tips

  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • You can also freeze them for later.
