- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder.
- Add the egg, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave.
- Let cool for 1 minute before enjoying.
