Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Melt Cheese

In a microwave-safe bowl, add:

  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cream cheese

Heat for 1 minute until melted and soft.


Step 2: Make Dough

Add:

  • Almond flour
  • Egg
  • Baking powder
  • Salt

Mix well until a soft dough forms.
