Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Teriyaki Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, sweetener, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and water. Sprinkle in the xanthan gum while whisking continuously until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Turkey
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.
Step 3: Add Aromatics
Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green onions. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
