Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (about 30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder.
  2. Add the egg, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  5. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave.
  6. Let cool for 1 minute before enjoying.

  • A spoonful of Greek yogurt
  • Light whipped cream
  • Fresh berries
  • Extra chocolate chips
