Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 cups lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup onions

Burger Sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Step 1: Cook Beef

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add ground beef and cook until brown.

Season with:

  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Cook for 6โ€“8 minutes.


Step 2: Make Sauce

Mix:

  • Mayo
  • Sugar-free ketchup
  • Mustard

Stir well.


Step 3: Prepare Bowl

Add lettuce to a bowl.

Top with:

  • Cooked beef
  • Cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Pickles

Step 4: Add Sauce

Drizzle burger sauce on top.

Serve immediately.
