- 500g ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 cups lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup onions
Burger Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
Step 1: Cook Beef
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add ground beef and cook until brown.
Season with:
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
Cook for 6โ8 minutes.
Step 2: Make Sauce
Mix:
- Mayo
- Sugar-free ketchup
- Mustard
Stir well.
Step 3: Prepare Bowl
Add lettuce to a bowl.
Top with:
- Cooked beef
- Cheese
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Pickles
Step 4: Add Sauce
Drizzle burger sauce on top.
Serve immediately.
