Keto Pancakes ๐Ÿฅž

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup almond flour
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 tbsp cream cheese
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  7. Sweetener (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, add:

  • Almond flour
  • Eggs
  • Cream cheese
  • Baking powder
  • Vanilla

Mix until smooth.


Step 2: Heat Pan

Heat a non-stick pan on low-medium heat.

Add butter or coconut oil.


Step 3: Cook Pancakes

Pour small amounts of batter into the pan.

Cook:

  • 2โ€“3 minutes on one side
  • Flip carefully
  • Cook another 1โ€“2 minutes

Until golden brown.


Step 4: Serve

Serve warm with:

  • Butter
  • Sugar-free syrup
  • Berries
  • Peanut butter
