Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 chicken breasts or 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, parmesan cheese, lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Season with:
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
2. Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. Cook the broccoli
In the same pan:
- Add 2 tbsp butter
- Add minced garlic
- Cook for 30 seconds
Add broccoli florets and stir well.
Cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
If needed, add 2–3 tbsp water and cover briefly to steam.
4. Combine
Return chicken to the pan.
Mix everything together for 1–2 minutes.
Optional:
- Add parmesan cheese
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Sprinkle chili flakes
