- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 small eggs
- 4 strips bacon (cooked and chopped)
- ΒΌ cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Avocados
Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out a little extra avocado from the center to make room for the eggs.
Step 2: Add the Eggs
Place the avocado halves in a baking dish so they stay steady. Crack one small egg into each avocado half carefully.
Step 3: Add Toppings
Sprinkle chopped bacon, shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes on top.
