Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Season the Salmon
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Sprinkle both sides with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2: Cook the Salmon
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
