Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos 🌮

🛒 Ingredients

For the Taquito Shells:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 strips cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, mix:

  • shredded chicken
  • crumbled bacon
  • cream cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • ranch dressing
  • garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

Mix everything well until creamy and combined.


Step 2: Make the Keto Dough

In a microwave-safe bowl:

  • add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese
  • microwave for 1 minute
  • stir well
  • microwave again for 30 seconds if needed

Add almond flour and mix until a soft dough forms.


Step 3: Roll the Dough

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.

Roll it into a thin rectangle, then cut into small rectangles or circles for taquitos.


Step 4: Add the Filling

Place 1–2 tablespoons of chicken filling on one side of each piece.

Carefully roll tightly into taquito shapes.


Step 5: Bake

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking tray
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy
