Prep Time: 15 minutes
Freeze Time: 3–4 hours
Total Time: 4 hours
Servings: 18–20 bites

Ingredients

For the Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Blueberry Swirl

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Optional Toppings

  • Granola
  • Chopped almonds or pistachios
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Fresh blueberries

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Make the Blueberry Swirl

Add the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally as the berries soften and begin to burst.

Cook for about 5–7 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and jam-like. Mash the berries gently with the back of a spoon if you’d like a smoother texture.

Remove from the heat and let the blueberry mixture cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

Whisk until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and evenly blended.

Taste and add a little more honey if you prefer a sweeter bite.

Step 3: Create the Swirl

Line a small tray, cutting board, or baking pan with parchment paper, or use a silicone mini muffin mold.

Spoon small portions of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared surface.

Add a small spoonful of the cooled blueberry mixture on top of each yogurt mound.

Using a toothpick, skewer, or butter knife, gently swirl the blueberry mixture into the yogurt. Avoid overmixing so the pretty marbled pattern stays visible.

Step 4: Add Toppings

If desired, sprinkle each bite with granola, chopped nuts, coconut, chia seeds, or a few fresh blueberries before freezing.

These toppings add extra texture and flavor.

Step 5: Freeze

Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3–4 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.

Once frozen, carefully remove them from the parchment paper or silicone mold.

Step 6: Serve

Enjoy the bites straight from the freezer.

Allow them to sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for the creamiest texture.

Storage

  • Store the frozen bites in an airtight freezer-safe container.
  • Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
  • They will keep well in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Tips for the Best Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Bites

  • Full-fat Greek yogurt creates the richest, creamiest texture.
  • Let the blueberry swirl cool completely before mixing it into the yogurt to keep the layers distinct.
  • Silicone molds make removing the bites much easier.
  • Feel free to swap blueberries for raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries.
  • For extra protein, stir a scoop of vanilla protein powder into the yogurt mixture before assembling.

These creamy No-Bake Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Bites are a refreshing make-ahead treat that combines tangy yogurt with sweet blueberry swirls for a healthy snack everyone will love.
